The 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting of LATAM Forwarders Club, held from April 21–24, 2025, was a major milestone for the network. Taking place at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel and the Intermodal Expo grounds, the event gathered thousands of global freight forwarders and featured over 100 LATAM members co-exhibiting at Intermodal.

Across four days of dynamic networking, productive meetings, and new business opportunities, the event showcased the strength, energy, and growing influence of the LATAM community. With outstanding participation and engagement, the conference reinforced the collaborative spirit driving logistics and freight forwarding across Latin America and beyond.

The LATAM Forwarders Club 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting officially kicked off on April 21, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel. Delegates swiftly registered and collected their expo badges in the hotel lobby, marking the beginning of an exciting week full of networking opportunities. As guests enjoyed a free-flow of beer and wine, a brief overview of the event’s agenda and an introduction to the LATAM Network set the stage for the day's fruitful discussions.

This initial gathering allowed delegates to reconnect with familiar peers and meet new potential partners, paving the way for many promising collaborations.

The networking continued into the evening at Boteco Boa Praça Paulista, where the Welcome Cocktail Ceremony hosted by LATAM became the highlight of Day 1. Members from Neptune Cargo Network and X2 Network joined in, creating a vibrant atmosphere for delegates to engage in meaningful conversations and forge new connections. Sponsored by International Freight Shipping, a valued LATAM member from Peru, the reception served as a formal platform for forming fresh partnerships and exploring new opportunities.

The LATAM Forwarders Club, alongside its over 100 LATAM co-exhibitors, embarked on an enriching journey to the Intermodal Expo—the largest and most comprehensive event in the Americas, covering Logistics, Intralogistics, Technology, Cargo Transport, and Foreign Trade. From April 22 to 24, 2025, the LATAM booth became a hub of dynamic conversations and vibrant collaborations, where delegates engaged in various activities that energized the space and captivated the attention of thousands of visitors.

As part of our exciting experience, the Daily DJ Booth Party and Happy Hour Open Bar added an extra layer of fun and networking, turning the LATAM booth into a lively gathering spot for all attendees. These informal yet engaging settings created the perfect backdrop for new connections, lively discussions, and strengthening existing partnerships. With a perfect mix of business and enjoyment, the LATAM booth truly became a beacon of opportunity during the Intermodal Expo.
