MEETING SCHEDULER
LATAM Forwarders Club provides software to delegates to book meetings prior to the event. Only registered delegates will be given login details to access their account and schedule meetings with preferred delegates which you can access from your mobile phones & laptops.
Login credentials for the Meeting Scheduler will be sent on April 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM (GMT+8, Hong Kong Time). The meeting scheduler will officially go LIVE on April 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM (GMT+8), allowing delegates to book their meetings. Please note that scheduling will close on April 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Be sure to book your meetings during the allotted time!
